Keeping your balance over the holidays can sometimes present challenges. Give yourself or someone you love the gift of coming into alignment with the beauty of this season.
While every-BODY is welcome, Boomers and Late Bloomers may discover that these traditional yoga and meditation practices can promote a healthy brain, body and nervous system all year long.
We warmly welcome you, even if you have never done yoga or meditation before. Together, we will explore a variety of accessible, adaptable practices and poses that cultivate deep inner peace while promoting breath and body awareness.
Please bring: your mat if you have one, a pillow and blanket for extra comfort if you’d like. There is a small supply of mats, blankets and pillows on hand if you forget.

Boomers and Late Bloomers: A yoga class designed for YOU!
Take time for YOU—come and explore the joys of breath and movement in this class that is grounded in the Hatha tradition, Bridget combines the best practices of East and West, while honoring postural alignment and personal limitations.
Designed for the active older adult and those who aspire to be, this class offers a gently challenging self-paced body awareness approach to building core strength, flexibility, and a mind-body focus.
All levels of experience are welcome, adaptations are offered and encouraged. Emphasis will be on balance, breath, back, neck, and proper neuromuscular alignment.
Thirty years ago, debilitating back pain brought Bridget to the practice of yoga. A former Division I athlete and a writer, she was desperate for relief. Her teacher Nicky Plaut, a 68-year-old yoga-dynamo, who’d studied directly with Inyengar both challenged and inspired her. Over the years Bridget has practiced and received advanced training in multiple modalities of yoga and meditation.
