Bridget Birdsall is authentic, engaging, and a profoundly soulful speaker who brings incredible insight, humor, and wisdom to a wide array of serious subjects. From self-empowerment to suicide, to dealing with bullies, disabilities or the death of a sibling.
Sharing from her writing, art and life experiences, Bridget inspires audiences of all ages to write, talk, sing, slam or create art about the challenges and the beauty in their lives.
Because of great interest in Bridget’s book: Double Exposure, the story of an intersex / transgender teen athlete. Bridget has developed educational talks (customizable to fit your organizational needs) designed to encourage conversations about what it means to be male, female, or different in any way. And how we can confront bullies, including those that live within ourselves.
Bullying is not just a problem in our schools, it’s a problem in our families, in our culture and in our world.
Bridget encourages young people to embrace their own uniqueness, and to empower themselves so they can be truly who they are within our educational systems and our world.
